Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within Switzerland. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Canton of Fribourg: CHF 2 for orders up to CHF 10, then free shipping for orders over CHF 10. Outside the Canton of Fribourg: CHF 10 for orders under CHF 20, then free shipping from CHF 20.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery time then depends on your location and the shipping provider.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship only within Switzerland.

Orders & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by card, TWINT or PostFinance. All transactions are secure.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you would like to modify or cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified.

Returns

Can I return my order?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make a return. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened satin bonnets and opened wig caps cannot be returned.

How do I make a return?

Contact us through our contact form and include your order number. We will then explain the next steps.

Products

How should I care for my satin bonnet?

We recommend hand washing with cold water and mild soap. Leave it to air dry flat and avoid using a tumble dryer.

What size is the wig cap?

The wig cap is made from stretchy material and comes in one size designed to fit most head sizes.

What do the different routines mean?

Our products are organised by routine to help you quickly find what you need: Wig Day, Night Routine, Styling, Self-Care and Everyday.
